Professional Parking Services has dedicated numerous resources over the years
to become leaders in Event Parking Services from Major Gala Events and Award
Ceremonies, to Sporting Event Tours, to Concert Tours, to Grand Openings,
to Charitable Events, to Fundraisers, to National Tours to Ground Breaking
Ceremonies, to a variety of Entertainment Venues, to Celebrity Homes and Events

a team of guest relations specialists dedicated to servicing these types of
events year over year.
Our Event Parking Division services these events and only these types of events!
Since the 1980’s we have been servicing special events across select
markets of the United States. This team of parking professionals can service
events from hundreds to thousands of people. We have the experience and know
how in this industry to accommodate a large amount of vehicle volume in a
short amount of time safely and efficiently. Not only do we provide our parking
services to our clients, but we provide our continued support during and after
the event from ongoing monitoring of the vehicles, to guiding all guest vehicles
out of a facility for a safe departure.
Our management team with all of its combined years of experience have not
only been able to service large and small scale events, but have the programs
and experiences in place with our current everyday strategic accounts to service
these events on a grand scale. All team members are trained extensively to
perform Friendly, Courteous, Safe and Efficient operations based on the nature
of your event. Providing our guest relations services for events have helped
our clients not only prepare for events, but service the events more efficiently
and effectively.
Our team members provide an enhanced level of service to our clients, from
offering a senior member of our management team at every event to offering
our parking consulting services, in order to execute parking layout and logistics
planning services. We offer full comprehensive insurance coverage with additional
umbrella policies in place. All of our services from valet parking to parking
management to golf cart shuttle services to transportation services provide
communication links so that all team members communicate effectively in order
to make sure that all events run efficiently. Our team members use two way
communication devices to work as a team within all areas listed below:
•Our Strobe Light Directional and Traffic Specialists help guide traffic
in and out of facilities.
•Our Valet Parking Specialists assist guests with each and every need
and provide that First & Last Impression to make your event a success.
Our guest relation program is one of the most comprehensive in the industry
and our specialists carry out that program flawlessly. With valet parking
you can guarantee all of your guests are taken care of.
•Our Parking Management Specialists provide our larger events with services
they need to provide for a higher volume of vehicles and management of where
those vehicles are stored. Enhanced with our parking consulting services,
this division is flawless in its execution.
•Our Golf Cart Shuttle Services can provide your guests with the transportation
services they need for a short trip as our guest relations specialists whisk
them away to the event and provide pick up and concierge services as well
to get them back to their vehicles safely.
•Our Transportation Service provides shuttle drivers for those events
where parking is not as close to the facility as needed. We can provide a
variety of services from smaller van service to fifteen passenger vans to
buses to all help guests.
Just in case that event that you have planned doesn’t have the best weather condition, then as with all events, our Guest Relation Specialists provide golf umbrella services and provide each and every event with our signature red tents to greet the guests with needed shelter.
